  • Good day,

Is there anyway to know the status of my C1/D visa application? I had my interview last July 5 and was given a green form (221g) and advised that my application needs administrative review and will be called once the review is done, but until now I haven't receive any call. Will you be so kind to help me know where to find or have any idea about the status of my application?

Thank you very much for your time.

    Best regards

  • Greetings,

I am Michael Enriquez Flores. May I request to follow – up my Visa Application in your good office. I received a document green form with administrative one week after my last interview (July 16, 2012). It is already three months after I received the document and unfortunately I wasn’t able to receive any status of my application in your good office.

This is my third time to renew my Visa and this is my second time to encounter this kind of problem, but the last time I renewed it took only a week but now its already running three months.

Hopefully I can receive a response in my case.

    Respectfully Yours,

    Michael E. Flores

  • Good day,

Is there a possibility for your application to reach a year if it falls under administrative review? And if your application reach 1 year pending, does this mean your application has been denied?

    Thank you for your time.

    Shyla

  • Hi Michael,
