  • Hello sir,

A pleasant day to you...I just want to inquire about my status if i can qualify for a Visa by virtue of my status as a child of an American Citizen. I was born in the Philippines on February 21, 1982 and my father who is an American citizen died in Hawaii in 1992 and he was not able to petition me before he died. May I be enlightened about my status.

I look forward for your reply.Thank you and God bless!!!

  • Hello! I have a 16yo son who will be entering college this year here in Manila. His father left for the US shortly after we got married and when I was still pregnant. The father said he will provide for us that's why he will go to the US to finish his medical studies. He never came back and has never met his son in person. It has been confirmed that he is a doctor in the state of Louisiana as what we have researched online. We tried to contact him many times for years but he refuses to respond. I'm hoping to file for child support since my son will now be entering college and we need his father's financial help. How can i file for that? I also heard that non-support is a criminal case. Please enlighten me. Thanks.

  • Petition was filed filed when i was 9 years old but did not apply for visa as I thought I was over age. The visa became available around 2005. I am a derivative beneficiary of a petition. My birtdate is 1981 and petition was filed 1990 and visa became availble at 2005. Can i still be covered by Cspa?
