  • Hi, I am also struggling with the Sony Ericsson Service Center. I have already complaint to the mentioned email id on 19th April. But no reponse from them. My Request No is 90152514.

  • It's really strange that i am not getting any response from Sony Ericsson. I have complaint to webmail with complaint no 90152514 and on call center helpline with complaint no 90273854. NO response from last 1 month. no one is bothering to solve my problem.

  • W595 - Motherboard problem

    Hi,

    I am a loyal customer of Sony brand therefore before 1.5 years I have purchased a W595 mobile. It was working nicely till last month but now network is not catching, I went at service centre but they told I need to change a mother board & which is not available with them. They suggest MB cost will be 70% of my cell so instead of repairing its good to purchase a new phone.

    My mobile is just a 1.5 years old & how come its mother board is not working, does this mean tern yourselves with other brand? Can you please escalate this issue with production department so in future no one will victimized like me.

  • Yes, my issue got resolved in 2- 3 months.. I hav struggled a lot with service center.. But no response on call canter helpline n webmail.. Even getting response from u after 4 months .. Thr shoul b escalation matrix available..

    I have purchased sony xperia sola on 4th june after couple of days i have faced touch screen slide problem then i have submitted to sony service center on 4th july then they have provide me an replacement in a week on 14th july with same fauly device, then on the spot i hve resubmitted the device to sony service center after that i got a replacemrnt again on 24july after one week hanging problem occurs and then i have again visited service center they did software on it but after jusy one day i was unable to start device. then i have again submitted to service center on 31st july.

    Now 15 days past with no update from you....what is this. Here are all workorder numbers

    I am not sure if the forum is still accessed by someone from Sony or not. I would like to write my exp with Sony handset issue of TIPO dual which was faulty during i bought it and Sony is continuing to sell faulty handsets to their customers till now. I am looking for a cash back from Sony on the handset provided to me,surprising part is after 3 repair also i still have problem with handset. Sony is least bothered to return my cash. I am not great lover of Sony products and i had never bought any Sony product till now. I just wanted buy a handset which is smaller with dual Sim but ended up at Sony.

    Is there someone who can give me Sony CEO email id to escalate this problem.

  • Complaint Description-

    This is to bring in to your attention that I have purchased Sony Xperia Z on 09/08/2013 I was really graceful with the performance and the attractive features of my phone even I suggested few of my office colleagues and friends to go for same .

    But when the time comes to use the customer services it’s really shocking for me and I really disappointed with the behavior of Customer Care Executives during my visit of service center.

    Here I like to notice you that from past few days I am facing few issues with my phone as it rebooted again and again and when I contacted the Customer Care on 1800-300-2800 they logged a complaint for same and suggested me to visit the nearest service Centre. Then I visited there they told me it’s a water damage issue which not comes under warranty even they didn’t examine the phone properly as I know the big reason to purchase this phone is the phone water resistance and now I got a reply it’s the water damage phone .As shown in electronic media if even phone is dropping under the water then there is not an issue so how the story comes for water damage now the customer care executives saying you have to pay 80% for the cost of phone to get the replacement of phone .When I asked same from them that the phone is water proof so they didn’t have proper answer for that and they started ignoring me and immediately their behavior became very rude to me .

    It’s really horrible experience for me which creates too much mentally harassment for me. I spent so much money for this just sake of Quality & Brand name of Sony.

    This is not case of Physical damage I am attaching my Warranty proof and Picture proof of My Xperia Z.

    i am submit my ZL 1st aug my ticket number is below :- W114080104894 and i am followup again and again but only one ans received your phone is come after 1 week then 11 aug i am go to service center hi told me your phone is not repairable sony will provide ZL against Z i am agree with service center ok no issue i am ask to service center person how much time to take i received sony Z hi told me only 1 week take to received your phone then i am followup again to service person he told me i am not received any update regarding your phone 27 aug he closed my ticket and create new job sheet new job sheet number is below :- w114082705957 i am very tired from local service center and at that time i am not received my mobile please give me proper solution total 42 days i am not received my phone pls suggest me.
