  • Are you one of our lucky Solitaire and Prizes sweepstakes winners? Here's how you can claim your prize:

    Firstly, all winners must meet our basic eligibility requirements in order to claim a prize. Please be:

    1. A resident of the US living in one of the following states: Alaska , Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Delaware, Hawaii, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Massachusetts, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming

    2. OR a resident of Canada (sans Quebec)

    3. Over the age of 21

    When you've won a Sweepstakes, you'll receive an email automatically with instructions on how to claim your prize. All prize winners must submit:

    1. A photocopy of a government issue photo identification that includes your birthdate and picture

    2. A fully filled out and signed Affadavit of Eligibility

    Its as simple as that! You can find out if you're a winner by keeping an eye out for your profile picture in the Sweepstakes menu after a Sweepstakes ends.

  • have a question.. I have many entries in a sweepstakes right now.. when I tried to enter again, it took my 5 tickets, and the enter sweepstakes button shows up, but there is no response when I click on it..so now I am out my tickets and am locked out of entering

    It's possible you may have tried to enter a Sweepstakes just as it was expiring. What happens when you refresh? Is the Sweepstakes you're trying to enter still available or is there now a winner for it? Also, are your 5 Golden Tickets still missing? Thanks.

  • thanks for the answer.. apparently the sweepstakes was close to expiring..because now there is a winnefr and I did get my tickets back

  • It was definitely a close call. But never fear, we have plenty more where that came from. New sweepstakes are popping up all the time! :)

    Thanks for posting. The 'Mystery Prize' Sweepstakes exists only as a tutorial. There's no prize to be won from it. Sorry for the confusion.

  • How do you know if you're a winner? I just started this game a couple of days ago and one of the sweepstakes I entered came up with winner! underneath the picture even though I haven't received an email about it. I live outside (Australia) America and Canada so with this being an online voucher, shouldn't it be available even if the person resides out of where the countries listed in the terms and conditions be available to them as well? The sweepstake I'm referring to is the $100 Amazon voucher. I'm sorry, but I read the terms and conditions AFTER I entered. I found this too late. Even when I click on the word winner! or the picture, nothing happens. What does this mean? Have I won or not? It is very confusing.

    If you live outside the US and Canada, then I'm sorry but you do not meet our eligibility requirements for winning Sweepstakes prizes. Sorry for the misunderstanding. That being said, we are looking into ways we can offer in-game prize sweepstakes for our users outside North America.

    Congratulations on your win! Can you check your Spam folder as well? Sometimes the email gets filtered into a folder where it doesn't belong. Please confirm...

  • I recieved the email and I faxed in the copy of my ID last night no one has contacted me regarding the affidavide of eligibility my phone number has changed 480-985-2200 rm 101

  • I spent hours trying to read my email and search for one from Solitaire and Prizes. I kept refreshing my inbox and trying not to play the game while waiting for it. I FINALLY clicked 'help' and read in an above reply that the Mystery Item is just a tutorial. Perhaps you can put in a pop-up that states that or send an auto-response email explaining that. I'm very frustrated that I wasted so much time for nothing. It definitely does NOT leave me with much confidence in the way things are run at your company. This should have been addressed already. Same with the needing to be an American. I truly hope you are doing everything in your ability to QUICKLY remedy these obvious flaws. If I were you I would be concerned about potential law suits regarding false sweepstakes advertising.

  • I see my picture on the prize for the $50 amazon prize, and I just checked my email both, inbox and spam and I haven't received any email. What can I do to be able to claim that prize.

    Yes, agreed, the tutorial (aka Mystery Prize) sweepstakes is a little misleading :/ . We are working on possibly making the tutorial sweepstakes more intuitive (ie actually awards a kind of prize) but especially we want to make sure there is a Sweepstakes in place for our overseas players, most likely awarding virtual goods, Coins, and Diamonds!
