There are two ways to contact Pottermore with issues
1) If you go to Pottermore Help, Other, What's Next and then Need More Help You can send them a message of up to 500 characters. It is best to include your PM screen name and check that you require a Reply.
2) If you wish to send screenshots, email them directly at email@example.com
We have found it is better if you send a report from the help section first to get the automated response with the Pottermore Support Case ID # - and then reply to that email with the screenshots.
