Meatloaf - Sept/Oct 2012

  • I made it. Strict adherence to the directions. Pulled the loaf from the oven @ 156 degrees, three 3-minute broils to set the sauce. Both me and my wife say, "Mealy and dry".

    I think the flavor is great - but, I will make it again and pull it at 145.
